Labeling Thee Sinseers as a nostalgic 'oldies' act would be a misconception. Led by multi-instrumentalist Joey Quiñones, the eleven-piece formation from East Los Angeles has been pushing the boundaries of R&B and soul into a distinct, contemporary sound since 2019. With their new album Love Stories, released via the prestigious Colemine Records, the band presents a layered portrait of love that elevates the raw romance of the 1960s into the present day.Inspired by the cinematic dynamics of their hometown, the group explores the full breadth of human connections: from familial bonds to the complexities of unrequited longing.
