VIENNA STRAUSS GALA brings the atmosphere of imperial Vienna to Prague. Lucerna will host two magnificent evenings full of waltzes, elegance, and emotion.

This November, Prague's Lucerna will transform into an enchanting world of Viennese balls. On November 11 and 12, 2026, it will host the Vienna Strauss Gala, an exceptional concert project bringing the very best of Johann Strauss's music performed by a top-tier orchestra.

Audiences can look forward to an unforgettable evening full of the most famous waltzes, polonaises, and overtures that defined an entire musical era. Iconic pieces such as "The Blue Danube" and the "Emperor Waltz" will be performed, along with other timeless melodies that still symbolize elegance, romance, and the joy of life to this day.

The Vienna Strauss Gala is not just a concert, but a genuine social experience. It combines virtuoso orchestral performance with a visually striking atmosphere that transports audiences straight into the golden era of imperial Vienna. For two evenings, Lucerna's Great Hall will transform into a space full of nobility, music, and emotion.

"We want to offer the audience more than just a concert — we want to create an experience that won't be forgotten. The Vienna Strauss Gala is a celebration of the beauty of music, elegance, and an exceptional atmosphere you won't find anywhere else today," says the event's organizer.
