Worlds collide in the best way at Sunrise Festival

A lineup that jumps between scenes, sounds, and crowds without losing the plot.

Sunrise Festival has never really fit into a neat box, and looking at the 2026 line-up, it’s clear they’re not planning to start now.

At a time when most festivals double down on one sound, Sunrise keeps doing the opposite. This results in a line-up that jumps from hardstyle to techno to Dutch pop and back again, without overthinking it.

Jump from genre to genre

On the harder styles front, it’s stacked. Sub Zero Project, Rebelion, Warface, D-Block & S-te-Fan, Da Tweekaz, it’s the kind of lineup you’d expect to headline a full hard dance festival on its own. These are the acts people plan their weekend around, the ones that turn a field into something that feels more like controlled chaos than a stage. But Sunrise doesn’t stay in that lane for long.

A few meters over, the vibe flips completely. Artists like Amber Broos bring a more techno-leaning sound, while acts like USED and others blur the lines between drum and bass, and festival-ready edits. It’s less about sticking to purist genres and more about what works in the moment. Then there’s the urban and pop side of the lineup.

You’ve got names like Boef x Lil Kleine, Broederliefde, Bankzitters, and Kraantje Pappie – artists that guarantee big sing-along moments and packed crowds. Add Michael Amani, Pat B, and Winson into the mix, and suddenly you’re in a completely different kind of energy. And just when you think you’ve got the festival figured out, Sunrise throws in curveballs like K3, Omdat Het Kan & Average Rob, or Mark With a K & MC Chucky. It’s playful, a bit unpredictable, and very aware that not everything has to be taken seriously to be fun. And if you’re staying on-site, that feeling doesn’t really stop when the music does.

A campsite worth seeing

The XL campsite is its own little ecosystem: pool parties during the day, a proper pre-party before things kick off, and enough facilities (yes, including a supermarket) to make the whole weekend feel more like a low-effort holiday than a survival mission. Whether you’re camping it out or upgrading to something more comfortable, you’re in it for the full ride.
